a nice restaurant hidden in the alley. there were enough tables both outside and inside. The owner was friendly, we ordered la purée du pauvre with a bottle of wine from Gaillac that was recommended. the dish was quite heavy with all the mashed potato, egg and especially the fresh fois gras, but so tasty with the scent of truffle so finished it to the last bit! funny name though, aren’t truffle and foie gras considered to be expensive ingredients?

Great food, great service. All dishes show a commitment to high standards. Fair prices for the serving size. Lovely atmosphere in the back yard.

Fantastic, authentic and delicious local specialties. Fun and efficient service and a very atmospheric courtyard make this s must stop place in Albi. Highlights are definitely the cassoulet and braised beef cheeks. Save room for desert. You will definitely need a reservation but they do have a few walk in tables for early birds.

Hidden away in a small courtyard. Food was served quickly and well cooked, portion sizes were huge, very tasty. Friendly staff. Toilets could be better.

Had dinner there recently. Very good food really, but my choice of the main dish was a mistake that's all. My fault for the "eyes are bigger than the stomach" notion!? I chose "joue de pork" which was very good, a bit cold however, but really too copious finally..there u r. Otherwise, the food is excellent.
