Didn’t expect to find such a good restaurant around here. We ordered a burger with double patties and a chicken and chorizo pasta. We got our food very fast and without compromising on taste. The quality of the beef is definitely top tier my only complaint would be that it needed some salt and pepper. My wife says that the pasta was a 9.2 and she is a very difficult eater. Highly recommend!!

Decent restaurant at reasonable price, OK steak frites a bit too much fat and gristle for my liking. Was mainly locals in which is normally a good sign.

Restaurant is nice, warm and cosy. Very friendly staffs, but unfortunately the both food for me and my mum were very bad, for those don’t like very salty and strong cheesy food avoid the Welsh Cheddar, the other one was the chicken with bacon and cheese the chicken didn’t test good, they insisted that was the cheese that was very strong, but I’m a cheese lover, I know that wasn’t the cheese was the chicken that was off, I left the restaurant with terrible stomachache also my mum, that tried a bit of my chicken. I was very excited about the restaurant and the nice cocktails, but the food put me off, I had to leave sooner as I was feeling very sick, when I asked the bill they didn’t have the consideration of taking the meal from the bill. I think the thought we were finding excuses for not paying for our terrible meals. This would never happen in London even in local restaurants. I and my mum had to spend all night feeling sick and not dinner.

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the "Salade de Chèvre Chaud" and requested chicken instead of bacon and poached eggs. They served it perfectly, and the taste was fantastic. The signature cocktail was delightful, and the waitress was very friendly and funny, with good English language skills. Highly recommended ?

Aquar'aile
This pleasant top-floor restaurant boasts a peerless panoramic view over the Strait of Dover and the English coast… it is like something you would expect to see in a painting! The food showcases locally caught fish: lobster casserole, sea bass in a salt crust, sole meunière. To be washed down with a good wine chosen from a list carefully curated by the proprietor.

Le Grand Bleu
The chef, Matthieu Colin, puts the experience he gained in Michelin-starred establishments to good use. In a lovely contemporary interior, he continues to pay tribute to local fishing, but also brings local produce into creative dishes that thrive on originality: cod with seafood condiments, grapefruit, crozets, spiced fennel. Friendly and efficient service.

Histoire Ancienne
This bistro channels an authentic vintage spirit, with its banquette seating, mirrors and Art Deco-style posters. Patrick Comte is at the helm, still cooking up his tasty take on traditional seasonal dishes: snail persillade, corn royale, jus à la bourguignonne; tender veal chop, tarragon mustard cream… Generous cooking is the name of the game!
