Very very dirty tables and actually the entire facility on the cafétéria area! My jacket sticked to the table when I laid my arms on it. Sales lady was bored and unfriendly. We asked info about some products and she was just adding them to the bill without answering us. They can't serve a cake on a plate with proper cutlery or hot drinks on a proper mug. Everything is disgusting and dirty!! La tarte (cake) was served on a napkin with a very fragile wooden spoon, impossible to be used.

Take some hospitality lessons from your Swiss neighbors! Prices as in Switzerland.

This review is strictly for Cafeteria and not for the restaurant, but because there is no Cafeteria location here and I believe is part of restaurant.

I will start with the cleaning. The tables were we stayed were dirty and very sticky! This dirt was hardened there for at least few hours if not days! It didn't get out with a simple wet napkin!

The prices are almost or even higher than Swiss alternatives! For this price you can't afford to hire a person to do cleaning? I went in many places also in Swiss and the services, the veriety of the food and the prices are way better than here!

The staff was on a very high rush and unfrendly. Even we spoke with them in French they still been pretty rude.

I went here in 2012 and the experience was much better! What happened meanwhile?

Advice: take some examples from your Swiss neighbors: services, politeness and a lot of cleanliness.

This is very misleading, because there is a very expensive restaurant (that we went to) and a cafeteria (much better value, that we wished we’d gone to!).

We paid €350 for 2 adults and 4 children. The food was very poor, and the service equally poor. The pepper starter was the most bizarre thing we’ve ever eaten. The aubergine dish tasted like a cross between stale liquorice and burnt toast. We thought at least there would be incredible views, but the restaurant is very small with small windows. The views in the cafeteria are far better. Don’t waste your money in the fancy restaurant, just go to the cafeteria!

They made a really nice restaurant up there, the service is great and the food excellent, although the menu lacks vegetarian options.

We would have loved to have a fondue but they didn't serve it at the time we went.

Happened to get in because another party canceled. So glad we got to eat here. The menu board is full of locally sourced ingredients for you to try in prix fixe fashion. The melon and prosciutto salad was delicious as well as my truffle pork chop.
