After 38 years of dedicated service, Damien Meyer has passed the torch to his son, Romain, with whom he had worked hand in hand for 8 years. The regulars can rest easy that Romain has remained faithful to the house signature dishes (fish soup, tuna carpaccio, Chateaubriand with Béarnaise sauce), albeit with a hint of modernity.
