We had a beautiful meal here while staying at the chateau. Thank you for the hospitality. Delicious food! Loved the eclectic interior decor.

A new team operating in such an unusual place that I have always loved.
Everything falls into place and the dishes are wonderfully presented.
To do at lunchtime or in the evening. The castle courtyard is still fantastic.
For information Omer is doing very well and kept us company. Mistreated? Are we talking about the same restaurant?
For those who are undecided, if the gate is closed, do not hesitate to ring the bell.

An exceptional culinary experience! This restaurant is a real rare gem. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by attentive and smiling staff. The dishes are incredible with fresh produce, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Every bite was a treat for the taste buds! The setting is elegant and cozy. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for fine dining and impeccable service. We will come back without hesitation!

In the southernmost town of Burgundy, this unassuming house in a pedestrian street is home to a benchmark of local gastronomy. The traditional architecture (bare beams and stonework and an old fireplace) is enhanced by contemporary details. Since 1991, Christian Gaulin has been celebrating the classical union of regional produce and modern techniques. Whenever he can, this virtuoso technician sings a subtle ode to Bresse and Burgundy. Foodies can decadently indulge in tender Miéral pigeon and its millefeuille of cabbage and simmered offal, frog’s legs in garlic cream and parsley sauce, textbook-perfect quenelles of pike, a juicy Charolais tournedos steak and a Grand Marnier soufflé of head-spinning perfection. A believer in fine produce before all else, the chef cooks what he himself likes to eat – to our delight!

He is committed to quality ingredients – a favourite of ours is the cauliflower soup with cashews and poached egg! Good choice of regional wines, and service with a smile.
