Good place. The crepes and galettes are thin and light; the flavors well mastered.
We were lucky with the daily options: the St Jacques was fantastic and the strawberry one also very scrumptuous.
Kind Service ; controlled price ; overall very good.
I just wish they had a little more originality: more fun with seasonal veggies more surprises - just a little less classicism in the choices.

Delicious - A nice taste of local food, surrounded by Bretons. You'll need at least 2 crepes each, possibly 3 !

This place is simply amazing. The food was absolutely outstanding, I have never eaten better crepes. There was a wonderful atmosphere, the owner and her daughter were most charming and gracious and it was a great credit to them both. Get there early or book a table to avoid disappointment, it fills up very quickly. But when you have done that, then enjoy the pleasure.

Sao
On the quayside of the River Odet in Quimper city centre, this restaurant is the brainchild of Kevin Gourret, who was previously chef at Le Goyen restaurant in Audierne. In an inviting contemporary setting, he serves original recipes inspired by local ingredients (langoustine, local fish, seaweed, buckwheat, buttermilk) and Asian influences (such as yuzu, ponzu, gomasio, sesame and ginger).

Allium
Thanks to a crowd funding campaign, Frédérique and Lionel Hénaff have opened the restaurant of their dreams. The chef’s inventive streak is harnessed to a score that focuses on fresh produce and encompasses a multitude of ingredients (herbs, flowers) with a weakness for siphoned sauces. A tasteful, elegant vibe sets the scene in the dining room, which also boasts a handful of seats at the counter facing the open kitchen.

La Ferme de l'Odet
This stone-built country house has a terrace overlooking the banks of the Odet River and the nearby woods. The hearty cuisine is made with quality local ingredients. The cooking is spot on, as exemplified by the roast monkfish, with its golden exterior and firm, melt-in-the-mouth flesh; the flavour combinations are well balanced and the flavours themselves are bold and highly seasoned, the homemade ketchup or the vanilla cream being a case in point. Delicious!

Ti-Coz
This picture postcard stone inn offers both country appeal and a modern elegant interior, reminiscent of an English club. The chef is a fan of flavoursome, traditional cuisine that shines the spotlight on the best of Brittany’s ingredients. A former sommelier, he pairs his recipes with a fantastic 500-strong wine bin.

Nous Restaurant
With its discreet façade and small glass-paned front door, this restaurant is located in a pedestrianised cobbled street in the city centre. The light-filled interior has bay windows overlooking the street on one side and a pretty courtyard decorated with large window boxes on the other. The chef puts a lot of work into his dishes, which are made using local ingredients. The courgette flower, soufflé with fine pollack stuffing, shellfish sauce vierge, rocket cream and two-lemon fritter is a good illustration of his masterful dishes that are packed with flavour.

Éclosion
This colourful, musical eatery in the heart of Quimper hatches modern, inventive bistronomic nosh, crafted by two seasoned chefs who’ve both knocked around a bit. The food reflects their experience and know-how: pink roast duck flanked by mashed, kernels and biscuits of corn, a few gooseberries and roquette leaves; confit of monkfish is paired with courgettes, chard and figs, while the decadent dessert stars fresh strawberries with raspberry sorbet and a roquette sponge cake. Generous, balanced dishes and cheerful service.
