A delicious sunny lunch on the terrace. Very friendly service and were very happy to accommodate our 3 year old (his chicken and chips were fantastic).

The lunch menu 2 course €38, 3 course €42 was very good value with a nice selection of wines by the glass. Pictured: duet of melon, veal breast with polenta chips and the frozen nougat.

The hotel looks stunning and we will be returning to stay a night or two next time.

Exemplary experience.

Very attentive staff. Jerome was great at helping us select a bottle of wine.

I think it’s absolutely worth the money.

Standouts were the veal, the poached pear and baba au hum. The canard confit was great too as well as the cuttlefish tartare.

The place is very fancy. GBR olympics team we’re staying at the gaf.

In all honesty, heard positive remarks from some of the staff at wineries in Saint-Emilion but had no expectations. We just made reservations as we were staying at the hotel. But we were pleasantly surprised and had an incredible time with the signature tasting menu by Chef Quentin Merlet. Started with a delicious white asparagus amuse-bouche, seafood based appetizers and fantastic pollack and beef fillet entrees. Recommend!

Service was exceptional. Our waitress Viran (apologies I don’t how to spell it) was attentive, friendly and kind to us. The sommelier gave us great wine recommendations. The food was impeccable - every small detail and flavour had been thought about. 11/10! Would happily dine here again and again.
