Lovely lunch, my second at the restaurant. Had a wonderful risotto with scallops. The braised pork shank was also a hit.

Great service and good ambiance.

We did not stay at the hotel here but popped in last minute to grab some dinner. We had one of the best service experience. Quintin was just amazing! Without asking he made sure we had the table with beautiful view and provided exceptional service. The lobster with side dishes and Provençal cod dish was delicious. Les baux is perched on top of a mountain and we were so

Fortunate to experience the best seat in the house ??

Terrible dinner experience. We were the first group for dinner and waited 30 minutes for them to open the kitchen. However, they prioritized three other tables and let us waited another 30 minutes to get the dinner menu. The worst part is that we waited for an hour to get our food, and the male waiter was really rude, almost throwing the food to the table.

Also, they overcharge 50 cents for my drink and didn’t want to refund until I argued for 5 minutes.

I would NOT recommend tourists to go here because they only like French people and despise everyone else.

We went for lunch. We had a reservation for at least a month and were still seated in the back room. I know they don’t guarantee a table with a view, but I would have preferred a seat on the lovely terrace rather than near the route to the bathroom. Service was fast. Food very average. Steak was good, tartare was hard to eat. I’m afraid this was a tourist trap. Maybe it’s better not to eat in town.

Delicious food and very large portions—we enjoyed the pork knuckle and Argentinian steak, though the menu is predominantly seafood. Most tables have a stunning view of the valley below.
