The restaurant serves amazing French food, the service is great and the garden is just lovely. The best restaurant in the area!

We had booked reservations ahead of time. Upon arriving the hostess was completely rude and her behavior was disgusting. She had simply already given our table away to her friends. We travel the world and have never had such terrible service.

Fantastic little restaurant away from the hustle and bustle of central Saint Remy. Selection of share plates was extensive and the pizza the best we’ve had in France.Panisses de Marseille, Riz Camarguais and moles are a must have. Service and attention by all was fabulous.

A lovely find just outside the centre of St. Rémy. The place used to be a garden centre and they’ve made the courtyard into a restaurant now too. Tapas style food with plenty to choose from including dishes of the day. Lovely courtyard setting around a pond which can take also large groups on long tables. Some parking on site but limited, you can also park on the road.

After a visit to Baux De Provence at the end of the day with all the restaurant closed in the evening, I was advised to go to this restaurant in the town of Saint Remy de Provence.
I am really not disappointed by the reception and the place. It is very charming.
The waiters are efficient and friendly, so no worries even if I didn't book on a Saturday night.
For the meal the suggestion with the Sardines was a real delight, and the pizza just as much.
The principle of the restaurant is to take several choices so do not be surprised by the size of the plates.
The products I think are fresh given the small Menu.

Restaurant de Tourrel
It was within the walls of this splendid mansion that Charles Gounod played the first bars of his opera, Mireille, to the Provençal author Frédéric Mistral, who wrote the libretto. Today, in an attractive retro-style dining room with the occasional Art Deco touch, guests can sample a culinary score inspired by the region’s finest ingredients, including outdoor Provence tomatoes, Mediterranean squid and crayfish, and lamb from Crau.

Chapeau de Paille - Bistrot Provençal
Bourvil and Piaf can be heard in the background and straw hats adorn the walls in this cheerful flea market ambience! This rustic, Provençal bistro, located on the town’s ring road, concocts a seasonal menu with an emphasis on market-fresh ingredients: pork terrine, escabeche, aïoli, rib of Camargue bull, quails flambeed in pastis…

L'Auberge de Saint-Rémy - Fanny Rey & Jonathan Wahid
Chef Fanny Rey is at the helm of this grand old Auberge located on the beltway and the old ramparts of this pretty town. She cooks up tasty market cuisine that spotlights Alpilles produce beautifully. By her side is her partner Jonathan Wahid (brother of Sylvestre), an experienced pastry chef and previous French dessert champion – he knows just how to showcase the delicious sun-drenched produce of the South, such as figs. The food is served in a designer interior: white ceiling imitating a wave, and bare stone walls.
