I was skeptical of the reviews because the restaurant was so close to a big tourist area. But the items on the menu interested me. I’m so glad I came, because the waiters were so friendly, the food was delicious and the decor was abundant!

Right from the start, the waiters took the time to have a little chat (I came in around 30 minutes after opening). The staff felt genuine and human the whole evening, and were very helpful and understanding in case of trouble.

The food really was something else… I’ve never really liked eggplant much (especially not in large quantities), but the food I ordered came with half of a fullsized candied eggplant and I finished the whole thing with delight! The meat itself was just perfectly flavored, and the side dish was sooo good. I’d never tasted anything like it before, but it hit the spot right from the first bite!

By the way, the desserts are a bit expensive, but they are very unique and taste amazing, so I’m glad I still tried! (The one I got was like some kind of traditional dish from a country/kitchen I don’t know of, that got transformed into the concept of a lava cake, but it was so much better than that! The texture… the flavor… so delightful…)

The restaurant itself had a really nice layout and decor. They made it feel cozy and not too big, but I noticed it was actually bigger than I expected when I walked a bit further towards the toilet. (They have nice and clean genderneutral toilets btw) Because of the abundance of decorations and the nice style of the interior, I never really felt bored despite coming alone. It also made for a great place to draw, as there were plenty of art references of different kinds (today I chose to study metallic objects)

The price category is a bit more on the high end (main dishes costing around €25-€30), but I think you do get good value for your money. So if you can spend it, this is definitely a place you won’t regret trying out!

During our stay in Versailles, we decided to venture beyond our habitual desire for French cuisine, which had been our staple for the past two weeks. Upon receiving a strong recommendation, we chose this restaurant for a Mediterranean dining experience.

The menu featured Mediterranean dishes infused with a delightful Moroccan twist, thanks to the owner's creative touch. The incorporation of pomegranate into some of the dishes added a delightful and unique flavor dimension. The decor added to the Mediterranean ambience in a great way as well.

Service overall was good, although one of our servers refrained from offering recommendations, simply stating that everything was good. To our surprise, he wasn't wrong – every dish was indeed outstanding in some way.

Looking for something other than Champagne, I opted for a Moscow Mule, which, while not entirely traditional, turned out to be one of the finest I've ever tasted.

The presentation of the dishes was great, exuding a sense of fun and playfulness.

Finishing our meal on a high note, we indulged in the mille-feuille dessert, a delectable treat that was light, airy, and complemented by a satisfying crunch from the puff pastry. As a coconut enthusiast, I must say that this dessert was a truly fantastic way to conclude our dining experience.

This is a quaint little restaurant right outside of the palace of Versailles. It was surprising how quiet it was compared to what a zoo Versailles was! Service was friendly and the food was pretty good - but extremely slow for how few patrons were there. I started with the watermelon and feta salad which was very flavorful and then the tuna & beet ceviche. Dessert was just ok but took way too long to get. Overall I’d recommend, but only if you are not in any kind of a time schedule.

Amazing find just steps from the Palace of Versailles, we were very happy with our lunch and a chance to rechare here before heading back to tour the gardens.

FINEEEEE dining near Palace Versailles. Very unique and flavorful menu. Quality of food is good... Priced high but worth trying if you are in the area and wanting Mediterranean cuisine.
