This was the best place we went to in Nice. The food is amazing and the waiter is very friendly. Very cute, quaint atmosphere. The lamb particularly is amazing. As entree I would recommend the foie gras. It’s very small and they don’t take reservations so we had to wait 1.5 hour for a table, but we were not in a hurry and we were able to sit at a table in front of the restaurant and order drinks. All in all, great place.

They do not take reservations. After the second try, we decided to wait in the queue. The wait was 2 hours. The restaurant seats about 12 to 20 people, I think. I really loved the jovial theme and friendly service. But the meal—oh my goodness, it was absolutely AMAZING! Every bite was a delight, and it was definitely worth the wait

Small but charming discovery in Nice. We arrived just before six and were able to get a position for the second seating. So many people were turned away as the waiter was not able to accommodate. We had to physically wait to keep our spot but were offered drinks. There was just one waiter (Leo) for the entire restaurant but he was excellent and managed everyone with ease. I was impressed. He yoked us that his mom and brother were in the kitchen. Yes, the entire restaurant was run by a mom and her 2 sons!

We hoped the food was as good as the hype. Oh boy it was! We had the lab shank, roasted for 8 hours and the orage duck. Both were delicious but I would have to say the lamb shank was one of the best things that I have ever eaten and I am a serious foodie. The descriptions of the food seem ordinary but the food is far from from it! We were absolutely delighted with our ham and melon dish, which contained nuts. The waiter asked if we had any allergies but just beware of you do. The signature cocktail drinks were quite the hit on our warm evening. It was so worth the wait. We will be back!

You'll see plenty of reviews of this place that acknowledge the friendly attitude even with an hour wait or more before being seated, but I want to stress the quality of service and care given by this family owned establishment. From the moment you get in line to wait, the server keeps you comfortable with drinks if needed and shade or seating. Then they proceed to fill the full restaurant at once, and pace all the courses, including dessert and presenting the check, in a perfect harmony. This doesn't even acknowledge how delicious the meal was. For a dining experience that is both casual in its approach and fine dining in its execution, this place is worth the wait. I applaud the employees for their hard work and great experience.

Notes: the candied Brushetta is fantastic, the lamb shank is remarkably tender, and the plating in the melon and Ham is gorgeous. The tiramisu dessert was fine but not excellent, but they made up for it by providing sex on the beach mini cocktails and Candy for the wait, another example of how well this place is run. One of the best dining experiences for the price of my life

Oh where do I begin. This is the best restaurant we have ever had the pleasure of finding. We ate here three times during our trip! We ordered appetizers, entrees, dessert, cocktails each time and were never disappointed. Everything tasted fresh, well seasoned, and like it was made with love. It is run by the most amazing family. A huge shoutout to Leo who is the host and waiter, at this establishment and does such an amazing job. It is actually mind blowing how he is able to wait all those tables all on his own. 10/10 service. We also got to meet the chef Jojo and I believe their mother Ala. They were always so welcoming and kind to us. We cannot wait to return to Nice just to eat at this restaurant again. I woke up this morning dreaming of the truffle pasta and candied tomato bruschetta.
