Terrible service. The driver was illegal

The driver From Viator was not authorised to pick people up from the airport and was arrested by the police and we had to catch a taxi and pay for that So we are out of money. Also the charge twice as much is a taxi which is a fixed rate to the city

A little confusion on pickup, but we were able to message through WhatsApp and get it figured out. Only a 15 minute delay.
Would have been better off taking a train

Driver was not waiting for our party after clearing customs. Texted on Whatsapp 30 min after our scheduled arrival time. Then did not show up until almost 45 minutes after I responded to his text. When he arrived, he grabbed one suitcase and started walking away. I had to run and catch up to confirm that he was our driver. He then turned and started walking again without saying another word. When we got to his van, he loaded our luggage without comment. He confirmed our destination. Then drove without comment. He dropped us of again without comment. All in all, he seemed put out by having to pick us up and shuttle us to our destination. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with arranged transportation.

The driver was very helpful, made sure we had a great experience and couldn’t have been nicer! Bought us some coffee while we waited for our daughter arriving just after us!
great airport to hotel transport

Ellen Damaris picked us up from the airport. Communication was great and so we didn't have a hard time looking for her. She's very nice and friendly. Her car was clean and roomy enough to accommodate our luggages.
