Monaco history as you go!

Gianni was an informative guide. I highly recommend him for tours of Monaco. I had a great time. We saw the principality from the water to the changing of the guard at the Palace.

Our tour guide did not show up. Very disappointing. We were 30 minutes early and waited 30 minutes after the tour time. We were not notified of any cancellation but did receive a refund.

I sincerely apologize for this unfortunate situation. I've checked my booking system and cannot locate your reservation for that date. This could be due to a technical issue or miscommunication between viator and my booking system.
While I'm glad you received a refund, I understand the significant inconvenience caused. I take pride in reliability and punctuality, and this falls short of my standards.

The Palace and changing of the guard was quite impressive. Guide was very personable and informed of many facts about Monaco. English was understandable.
