Disappointing experience

Not being able to have our own decisions and not being informed of the schedule.
The tour guide, although courteous, was expecting French speaking tourists.

Thank you for your feedback. Strange about the French speaking tourists as we have only English speaking visitors. Anyway, I will have a look into this and will find answers with our guide.

La guía Míriam fue un encanto
Hablaba español bastante fluido, se esforzó muchísimo por explicarnos todo, fue flexible, poque íbamos con 2 niños de 9 y 4 años , encantadora y servicial .
El vehículo muy cómodo, puntualidad y educación exquisita .
Totalmente recomendable, en especial si no se domina el francés o el inglés Míriam es maravillosa

Desde el primer momento que nos recoge el guía en nuestro hotel de Estrasburgo todo fue estupendo ♥️, tuvimos de guía a Jerome que fue increíble que profesional más respetuoso y nos fue explicando todo en cada parada o recorrido, estuvimos muy cómodos en la van , así que la experiencia de 10.
