This tour takes place only on market days, so follow your guide through the winding streets and stroll through the colorful stalls as he introduces you to the local delicacies. Your tour will include stops where you will taste delicious specialties of the region including duck, cheese, walnuts and wine.

Great Tour

Great tour for our family group ranging for ages 6 to 76. Our guide was very knowledgable about the history of Sarlat and included tasting of cheeses, foie gras, wine and cakes of the region. Would definitely recommend.

Great market tour of Sarlat

We had a great tour of Sarlat with Anne. She guided us through the Saturday market, which is one of the best we have seen in Europe, and pointed out interesting historical sights along the way. We stopped at three different shops to taste foie gras, spectacular cheeses, and walnut pastries. We highly recommend this tour.
