You will have the privilege of taking a fully guided tour to the unmissable World Heritage site of Mont Saint Michel. Entrance to the Abbey as well as an audio guided tour is included in the cost of the tour. Your guides will accompany you within the Mont ST Michel but not in the Abbey itself

A truly great day!

This is an all day trip including a beautiful drive through the Normandy countryside from Bayeux to the spectacular Mont Saint Michel. Well worth a day trip to see this one-of-a-kind abbey/fortress literally built on an island rock. Our tour guide, Stephen, was gracious and informative and an expert driver. He set a friendly tone for the group and we were all fast friends by the end of the trip. Take Stephen's recommendation and stop for lunch at the local resturant (and bake shop) off of the island. A truly great day!
Mont St. Michel with Remy!!

This was our second tour with Overlord.
We did the Band of Brothers tour in 2023. Remy was our guide and he is PHENOMENAL! That tour was one of the best days of mine and my wife’s life! There was only one other couple with us that day and it was our own personal tour. Remy is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I am a history major and a WW2 buff and Remy taught and showed us things beyond anything that I learned from books.
We had such a great experience with Remy and Overlord that we exchanged phone numbers and emails and stayed in touch.
Fast forward 2 years to the date and we come back to Bayeux. We booked the Mont St. Michel private tour Remy.
We literally picked up right where we left off two years ago. Remy gave us a comprehensive narrative of the area we were traveling through on our way to Mont Michel. His knowledge and PASSION for what he does is incredible.

Luis was our very personable and knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guide for this full day guided tour. He also included a private tour for an apple orchard distillery, which was very informative and enlightening! I recommend everybody try Calvados (apple brandy) before they leave Normandy

What an amazing experience! Jack was our tour guide and he is so knowedgeable and passionate about the Normandy region and WW2. The ride was enjoyable and informative and the tour of the village was great! Alot of steps. We were there when it supposedly wasn't busy and it was still crowded. Very narrow cobblestone passage with lots of steps. Would highly recommend Jack as your tour guide and Overland was very wonderful with communication.
