Great support and communication. We changed our pickup timeline mid afternoon and had no issues. Even dropped us off at a different location at our request. Great company. Note however, there was plenty of taxi service available and this pre-booked option probably was not needed. It was slightly cheaper than a taxi.
On regal Princess, met us right outside the terminal and just 100 yards or so to the waiting car.

Easy and quick way to go from the cruise port to Le Havre. Pleasant driver. Although costly, I highly recommend this transfer.
