- For 1-4 people: A comfortable sedan will be assigned to your group.
- For 5-8 people: A spacious minivan will be assigned to your group.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may be subject to restrictions—please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage can be accommodated. Please note: If your group consists of 4 travelers and each person has large luggage, a minivan may be required for a comfortable fit. To ensure a minivan is assigned, please make the booking for 5 passengers.
- Throughout your ride, our drivers serve as informal local guides—sharing stories, history, and local tips at every stop. Please note that drivers are not permitted to enter museums or archaeological areas, but they’ll ensure you make the most of your visit with suggestions and background information before you explore on your own.
- Some stops on your itinerary may be closed on the date of travel due to public holidays, maintenance or special events. We recommend verifying opening hours on the attraction’s official website or contacting us before your tour. If a stop is unexpectedly closed, we will try to offer a suitable alternative.

Fantastic service

I highly recommend this company for your needs to be picked up after your long overseas flight into DCG. They monitor your incoming flight, stand ready to greet you with your name at the end of the customs/immigration gate. Super friendly, clean vehicle, helpful with information and courteous. Welcoming. Our driver even picked up our trip at the end of our tour, from hotel to the train station. We have used Welcome Pickups now in Barcelona and Athens. Definitely a go to company.
Not Accomodating and Last Minute Cancellation

The service was referred by a hotel and the service was easy to book, however, there are far more glaring issues based on our two booked rides from the Orly Airport to center of Paris. First, the initial driver expressed a lack of awareness and sensibility for those with accessibility/disability needs such as rushing us, pressuring us to move faster (hard to do with a walker and mobility issues), taking the luggage and proceeding far from the group, and even carelessly storing the walker in the car.
Our return trip to the airport was cancelled in the morning of our departure, roughly 6AM for a car ride booked for 10:30AM.
Keep in mind, all of this was booked far in advance with details on our group's needs.
Another service, Tio Shuttles was fantastic.

Fantastic service on both legs (Arrival and Departure) Clean car, comfortable ride and pleasant conversation. Was greeted with a placard so easy to spot. Offered to carry luggage to the car.
