Nice ride Monte Carlo to Nice

The driver was very courteous and introduced many spots to us. The drive from Monte Carlo to Nice is beautiful. Many interesting stop points. We enjoyed the ride and some of the small stops.

A Spectacular Ending to Our Cruise!

When our ship docked in Monaco, we skipped the tour bus to the airport and instead arranged a private sight-seeing tour of Monte Carlo, La Turbie, and Eze. Our driver, Ainars, picked us up in a Mercedes van and shared with us information about the towns we passed along the way, as well as the specific sites we’d be visiting. At each one, he dropped us off with sufficient time for us to explore, and then retrieved us for the next part of the journey. Eze was more impressive than any of the cruise’s shore excursions, so genuinely worth the stop – and Ainars’ running commentary made the visit that much more productive and enjoyable.
