A very enjoyable experience

Cooking with Agnes was one of the highlights of my week in beautiful St. Remy. We began by visiting a local market, choosing fresh seasonal ingredients for our meal. Back in her charming kitchen, we prepared several Provencal dishes - and even made nougat using almonds from her own farm. Agnes made me feel very relaxed and at home straight away, and shared her recipes, local knowledge and many small useful cooking tips
Afterwards, we enjoyed delicious food we'd cooked together, accompanied by local wine and great conversation (Agnes's English is excellent). My husband met Agnes in the morning and in true Provencal spirit, she invited him to join us at her farm for lunch - such a warm and generous gesture.
I would definitely recommend a cooking class with Agnes if you are keen to experience real authentic local life in St. Remy.
