Tickets never arrived

My tickets never arrived and I had to re purchase tickets at the museum. I tried to reach out on my way and had no response.

The museum is beautiful, even with current construction. Our entry was easy and seamless. I was even allowed to exit and re-enter to find a lost phone.

Don’t book through Trip Advisor!
I booked the tickets for 11th June, they were issued for the 12th when we already had another activity booked. I messaged the operator twice and tried to call but no response.
Not only did we miss out on the museum, which was the main reason for going to Paris, Trip Advisor / Viator refused to refund me.

The experience was all that we had hoped for.Recommended by a friend and pre booked.Enjoyed the garden first and found the sculptures compelling with interesting information aswel..Then saw the museum exhibit and was impressed further with the displays and further interesting snippets.Will be recommending to others.
