An Hour Well Spent

Great communication with company on last minute booking n communicating with us. Our tour guide Mélanie a local with deep roots in Lourdes was excellent n would highly recommend her and this tour if you can only visit for the day like my husband n adult daughter. A must see and /or do is the night procession to get the full experience of visiting this site. We arrived by taxis from San Sebastián by 2:30. Would recommend another 2 hrs earlier if you have the time n like to shop. We shopped at store on site which was perfect for books n souvenirs . September was good month to go - not as busy as July n August .

Lourdes Now and Then

We have a better appreciation of Lourdes now- all made possible by our awesome guide, Aurelien. We were able to participate in all the catholic services with Aurelian’a precise timing- wasting no time as he explained what really happened in Lourdes at the time of the apparition and how Lourdes is now at the present time.
Aside from being a very knowledgeable local guide, Aurelien is also a very nice guy and respectful/understanding of other people’s culture.
