Driver A+, company so-so

The driver was fine, bottled water and assisted with luggage graciously. If I was just reviewing the driver it would be 5 stars as I got from point a to b safely.

My real issue was just communicating with the company in advance of my pick up. Granted, I did have some technical difficulties with my phone but it was a challenge just getting a confirmation as to where to meet the driver.
