Late on Pick up Time

That morning we had to wake up at 5:30am in order to be ready for pick up at 8am, but everything went wrong when we were pick up almost at 9:30am That made our Tour shorter in time, obviously not the best experience. Tour Conductor ad Guide was a nice person, she did all she could to comply with the time we had there in Nice,Eze,Monaco-Monte Carlo.

When you booked the tour the manager sent the message, here's its content: "Dear Ana Gonzalez, Your driver-guide will be waiting for you with your name marked on the signboard at the pier at 9 A.M. where you'll be tendered from your cruise anchored at 1/2 mile away from the shore. Despite the fact that the driver was in time, a delay occurred due to technical problems with the parking ( the gutter pipe was damaged and the parking had been flooded) , all the buses and the cars were blocked and you were witnesses to that incident.
