Unreliable, would not use.

We were left stranded at our hotel. 15 minutes after we were supposed to be picked up, the operator let us know they could pick us up 90 minutes later, which would have caused us to miss our flight. Luckily our hotel helped get us to the airport on time, otherwise we would have missed our flight. I’ll think twice before booking transportation through Viator!

I had notified the company of the fact I had four larg pieces of luggage plus two carry on and requested a larger vehicle for which they charged me extra. When the driver arrived he had a standard size vehicle. With help driver was able to CRAM three pieces in the back and had to put fourth suitcase in the front passenger seat. We ended up holding the carry ons. There was a language difference so there was minimal speaking. Diver had a bad attitude about him.
