We were passing by Amiens and were looking for fried noodles. We came across this restaurant on Google and it was worth while. Despite the long waiting time, the steamed momo was excellent, and the fried chicken noodles were exactly what we were looking for. The noodles were not too thin nor too thick, chicken well fried and the whole plate smelled so good. The portion is just enough and we had a very good experience with a service that deserves some praising. I totally recommend.

An amazing find!!
The food was simply amazing. Great service to accompany our lunch. Would highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.
And what made it even better it was dog friendly.

This was our first time in Amien and surprisingly restaurant were open late in Sunday. We have never ever tried Tibetan food, but it was worth the gamble. We ordered Noodles and full Meal platter with a bit of noodles, momos, salad etc..Both the dishes were tasty. The service we got was Excellent from beautiful and patient girl. She helped us to make our choices, patiently responded to our questions about the Tibetan culture and even she was not fluent in English she really explained things well. Small restaurant but value for money. Thank you so much for your help.

We got there with the kids and our dog. First impression was positive, it is nit always easy to find child/dog friendly places :-).
The food was very nice and the spice sauce excellent.
Our order was:
- beef and vegetarian momos - great
- noodles with legumes - great
- pork in a special sauce - great
- mixed dishes that were ok
- desserts great too

Ail des Ours
This pleasant, trendy restaurant close to the cathedral is run by young chef Stéphane Bruyer. In a renovated dining space decorated in natural tones (with lots of plants), he serves simple, seasonal cuisine, using market produce to devise a single set menu (with a choice of fish or meat). This is a very popular spot in Amiens... and it's easy to see why.

Les Orfèvres
Bang in the middle of town, this restaurant sports a modern, pared-down, workshop interior and a friendly vibe. The menu is no stranger to the classics, albeit with the odd more modern touch. The chef avows a weakness for fish, illustrated by his superlative low-temperature loin of cod, honey-flavoured fermented milk, leeks and celery.

Hyacinthe
Previously active in the humanitarian sector, this chef found a new calling while being trained by mentors such as Cyril Lignac and Hélène Darroze. Remaining true to his ethos here in his vintage restaurant, he is mindful of the relationship between his cooking, nature and people, sourcing vegetables from the Hortillonnages (cultivated islets in Amiens), saltmarsh lamb from the Baie de Somme estuary, line-caught fish from the Côte d'Opale etc. Filet mignon pie, vegetable pickles or monkfish, tomato, aubergine and sea herbs: his – at times creative – dishes draw on various preparation techniques, good ingredients and flavours.
