Not a good burger . I have ordered the comtois burger ,medium cooked. It was dry ,not juicey.the cheese was strange,it didnt melt evenly on the burger. My companions had medium-well burgers and theirs were very dry and crumbling. It seems as if the meet has not enough fat and over-cooked.

I recently dined at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The service was very slow, and our waiter was not only unfriendly but also struggled with speaking proper English. When we asked about the dishes on the menu, he provided no explanations and seemed slightly annoyed by our questions. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this restaurant to others.

Bad experience, terrible service. They take too long for what they offer. More than an hour. They don't speak English, poor communication. In short, the most incompetent staff in Besançon. They should close the business. It's a scam in every sense.

Absolutely incredible.
Our waitress spoke English and she was patient.
The chicken we ordered came to our table and we had to fry it on the grill they brought. It was delicious and fun.
The wine and the beef tartar were good as well.
Overall recomend it!! We loved it!

The food was amazing- and highly rate this place. However, service was average and while they seated us last minute and allowed us an hour on the table prior to a booking- the Waitress did not look happy and very standoffish.

At the foot of the Vauban Citadel, this smart hotel occupies the former convent of the Poor Clares. The restaurant provides a cosy setting, with old parquet floors and tablecloths, and – a major asset – its terrace overlooking the park!
