Good service but average food
Place. Is a cozy resto inside Hilton hotel but with public Access. Is just opposite the lake.
Service: kind and attentive as per Hilton standards, however a bit late on passing the courses.
Food
Nice octopus with potatoes for starting.
We got another starter called duo artichokes which was mainly green leaves and 4 tiny portions of an artichoke. Poor
Mains were bavette de bouef, tuna micuit and dorade fillet. Among all of them tuna was the best with the meat overcooked and the fish on average.
Desserts were chocolate fondant and millefeuille with strawberries. Both well prepared.
This is a nice place for a cozy dinner however the food lack consistency, room for improvement here.

Espectacular service at Riva by Chef Paolo. Burger was the best I never had in muy life. Wow?
Also, we tried the fish ferà in fillo pastry, absolutly fantastic.

The best meal we have had in Evian location.. The service and the food were fatastic from starter to dessert. Highly recommend

Had a Gazpacho and chicken for main. Nice layout, could be a lot of tastier. So just a average dinner, felt like a cafe. Service was good, but one off the waitresses had "bellybutton" shirt, LOL
