We loved our dinner here!! Totally unexpected a last minute decision which we are so happy about. I had the duck in honey sauce and it was incredible! Everything was perfect??

Questionable decor, not an amazing service BUT absolutely delicious food. Highly recommend.

Came here for dinner during our stay in town. It's a little hidden in the back, by the main street. We did make a reservation a few hours before. A good thing, because the place was pretty full when we showed up for dinner. It's a popular place.
Staff/owner was very friendly. Our Bulldog was welcome here as well.
Had a bottle of wine. Ordered the goat cheese salad and escargots for starters. Both fine items. Escargots were great. For the main we've had the maigret de canard (duck breast) and the veal liver. Both with fries - which were really hot and crispy. The liver was nicely done. Great flavour, tender. The only fault in the food was entirely on us: we ordered the duck medium-well. Which it was. Should have ordered it medium. Besides that it was a wonderful piece of meat.
If you don't need a view with your dinner, then this place is definitely worth a try. And offers freshly cooked, quality meals for great value.

Great small resto. So far have been 4 times and perfect every time. Food, service and price all excellent. We will be back. Be there at opening or have a reservation.

I found this restaurant by accident. Although the restaurant is located near a busy road and unassuming, the ambiance and the food was so so good! The daily menu was super nutritious and tasty. The service was very quick as well. The apricot pie that was served after lunch was just perfect without being overly sweet. Too bad this hidden little gem is not available back home.

Casa Fuego
Just opposite Mauro Colgreco's flagship restaurant, this is the Italian-Argentine chef's hacienda-style Argentinian grill, which has a large covered terrace overlooking the sea, the town and the harbour. Here, they have mastered the style of cooking over a wood fire that is so typical of Argentina. Expect tasty dishes infused with a pleasing smokiness: aguachile San Remo white shrimps; grilled octopus; dulce de leche flan. A masterclass in gourmet conviviality.

Mirazur
Argentine chef Mauro Colagreco has taken up residence on the Italian border, between the mountains and the sea, in a restaurant boasting mesmerising views of the Mediterranean. His culinary creations now reflect the lunar calendar, with ingredients being gathered and dishes being concocted in accordance with the phases of the moon – an ancient practice revived by followers of biodynamic agriculture. He harvests his plants at peak ripeness to create daily alternating set menus based on realms of nature such as "flowers", "fruit", "leaves" and "roots". This exacting philosophy allows the chef to get the very best from his vast vegetable gardens, as well as from his hand-picked supply of fish, shellfish and meat. Delivered by a talented kitchen team, his cuisine is in no danger of falling into routine. As technically flawless as the dishes may be, they remain thoroughly accessible, prioritising flavours that are combined in perfect harmony.

JR Bistronomie
Just a stone's throw from the sea and the Jean Cocteau Museum, in a charming setting that calls to mind a family home (with one corner set up like a kids' playroom), this place serves good seasonal bistronomy food. Under the guidance of an experienced chef (also a member of the Disciples d'Escoffier), the classics are given a tasteful and intelligent modern spin. On this particular occasion, caramelised tomato tarte tatin; confit saddle of lamb; deconstructed lemon pavlova. Lovely fresh ingredients, a sure hand: JR works his magic!
