From start to finish, we loved every dish here (a reservation is highly recommended). We started with the appetizer which consisted of a white fish with coconut and mango sauce which fresh herbs which was delightful. To follow, we had the beef medallion with mushrooms and potatoes which was amazing, meat was cooked to order and potatoes/mushrooms were the perfect addition. The fish filet was also great and the side was a nice compliment. The item that stuck out was the pistachio desert melody which had a cake version, roasted Carmel version, ice cream version, and cream (all pistachio flavored). All together, a great place to have dinner. Service was also top notch for our visit.

Nice flavours, great wine card and even better service. The kitchen made a mistake with my wife's dish. The staff made numerous apologies and also didn't charge two glasses of wine. Overall a very nice experience and we will definitely visit again when we are in Nancy

Loved our meal here. We had very friendly service and we worked together to overcome the language barrier. ? I would highly recommend this restaurant, but make reservations. Slightly out of the tourist center so less hustle and bustle. That's a good thing. It's in a pretty historic area of town.

One of the most amazing meals i have recently had, and i’ve been to the food heavens of Italy and Greece lately! We tried starters of gravad lax and fried chicken, followed by a main meal of fish, and a tartalette with meringue (sorry for spelling in French). Very much worth getting out of the way for lunch or dinner. Compliments to the chef!

Having worked at Les Prés d’Eugénie, Lameloise and Gravetye Manor in Sussex, Charles deftly crafts modern cuisine, enhanced by creative flourishes and a nod to Japan (where he worked for a few months). Citrus fruits (such as Buddha’s hand and calamondin orange) and Asian flavours are perfectly paired with premium ingredients such as ikejime Vosges Arctic Char or plump Bresse chicken. Heroically wondrous (without forgetting the knockout terrace overlooking the park…).
