Did a short trip to Nancy and were looking for a good restaurant - and found it ?
We had 'faux filet with french fries' and 'cafe gourmand' - really enjoyed it ?

We booked the special offer for 2p from Groupon before the day we visited Nancy and were attracted by the high rate in Google - a brilliant decision!
At the very first we were a little bit worried when arriving to the restaurant in noon since the lounge was completely empty with no other guests, but suddenly we felt relieved because the guests were just arranged in the terrace deep behind the lounge.
Service was flawless, every waiter tried his best to satisfy the customers' requests in time. We got basic introduction of the wine list and dishes in simple English, free water, refillable basket of bread, two candies made of bergamot (one of the most famous local fruit) and lots of smiles. The environmental hygiene was also well-maintained since they cleaned the used tables with disinfectant sprays. This restaurant is one essential piece of our trip in Nancy, we will definitely recommend this restaurant!

I like personal approach, if this sounds right. The chef offered me everything I wanted, without looking at the menu. In simpler words, you could order meat with risotto (if you want), regardless it is served with potatoes only :)

Having worked at Les Prés d’Eugénie, Lameloise and Gravetye Manor in Sussex, Charles deftly crafts modern cuisine, enhanced by creative flourishes and a nod to Japan (where he worked for a few months). Citrus fruits (such as Buddha’s hand and calamondin orange) and Asian flavours are perfectly paired with premium ingredients such as ikejime Vosges Arctic Char or plump Bresse chicken. In a smart, modern interior, he crafts surprise menus based on flawlessly sourced fine ingredients: fish from Brittany, Vosges pigeon, dairy produce from Meurthe-et-Moselle, saffron from Lorraine, etc. Examples include Brittany John Dory, savory, fennel and girolles, or pigeon, foie gras, lardo di Colonnata and spinach.
