A well-deserved success for this address that offers an unbeatable set menu at lunchtime and a more elaborate menu in the evenings: scallop tempura with ginger, avocado and pomegranate-lemon dressing, or Basque pork chop with stuffed cabbage and polenta. Well-crafted, fresh and aromatic dishes, prepared in a spirit of eclecticism that pushes gently into fusion cuisine.
