Easy tickets and beautiful art — one of the highlights of our trip!

We booked the timed entry tickets with little hope of finding availability, but this company delivered almost instantly. Their communication was excellent, and we felt supported from booking through entry. Getting into the museum was smooth with no long waits, and once inside it was magical — so many masterpieces and such a lovely setting inside the old train station. A must‑see in Paris, and this ticket service made it stress‑free and memorable. Would definitely use them again!

Very poor communication from the third-party vendor. Had to call Tripadvisor several times. I got the tickets a few hours before, but they were generic and not the timed tickets we paid for. Since it was a late-afternoon ticket, waiting in line was longer than the museum was open. And it was our last full day, so sadly we had to miss this amazing museum

Booking the Musée d’Orsay timed tickets through this provider was so easy. I received my tickets quickly in my inbox, even on dates that seemed sold out everywhere else. On the day of the visit, we arrived at our time slot with no queue and walked straight in — such a relief in busy Paris! The museum itself is spectacular: stunning Impressionist and post‑Impressionist works, beautiful building, and plenty of space to soak it all in. Great service and a memorable visit. Highly recommend!
Not a timed ticket. 1.5 hour wait and had to buy new tickets.

This is not a timed ticket. You go on the main line which is extremely long and the ticket does not work! There is no time on it at all and it says timed entry when you pay for it. The museum doesn’t let you in using it, We are asking for a refund and had to purchase our own new tickets because this one didn’t work. The real tickets cost us 28 euro instead of 100 dollars for 4 people. Kids under 18 are also free and we were charged for them too. This is a horrible scam. We waited 1.5 hours after paying for what we thought was a timed ticket. Beware!
