This tour is a scam!!

We never received our tickets!! The information office called the two different numbers we had and had no answer. They sent a text message and received no reply. I also sent a text in English and received no reply!! We had to re purchase our tickets and audio guide. This company is a scam. We will be chasing to get our money back. Also charge is way more then it actually costs to access Abbey and have audio guide! Don’t waste your money. Trip advisor you need to remove this company!! 😡

We took the tour with my husband and sister. It took a minute to figure out how to use the tablet, but that might just be us getting older, haha! Some clearer instructions would definitely help from the staff handing them out at the Abbey. Overall, though, I’d recommend it.

See the Abbey but choose another tour operator

Did not receive ticket. No response from the tour operator. Better to buy directly at the abbey. We contacted both the tour operator and Viator. They stole our money!
