A nice ride

thorn133, Dec 2024

It was very nice and special to bike through the vineyards and small villages.

The guide was nice and fun and knowledgeable.

The tasting was a couple of bottles and some cheese the guide had with him.

I think an actual visit and tasting at a winery would make this tour much more special

Responses from Luneau J

Hello;

Thank you for taking a few minutes to write this comment. 😊

Guided tasting is offered on all guided tours. A tasting at a winery is offered to guests who request it.

Sorry I didn’t meet your expectations.

Looking forward to seeing you in Burgundy; 👋

Incredible Customer Service

ecadwall5, Dec 2024

Julian is so amazing! I had sent a request to rent a bike for the afternoon, so I could bike the Route des Grand Crus and go to a wine tasting. He had a private tour starting in the morning and couldn't return until the afternoon, so he opened the shop a whole hour EARLIER than normal so I could make sure I got my bike. THANK GOODNESS too. I did not anticipate how long would be out (biking from Dijon to Vosne Romanee for wine geek / casual biker took a lot longer than I expected. Highly recommend this experience btw.) He also held the shop OPEN until I got back at 5, and showed me some great recommendations for my next few days in Beaune. Incredible value for what you get. I'm sure the tours are just as amazing. Highly recommend using La Velo Vie. Thank you!
