    Stop atPromenade des Anglais

    Let's continue driving along the famous Promenade des Anglais — the renowned boulevard along the Bay of Angels, situated between Nice Cote d’Azur Airport and Port Lympia. Here, you'll find some of the finest hotels, including the magnificent Negresco Hotel — a true gem of Belle Époque architecture. For over half a century, the Promenade des Anglais has been a favorite spot for leisurely walks, and in recent years, it has become popular for activities like jogging, cycling, and roller-skating. This beautiful waterfront boulevard offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and serves as a central attraction embodying the charm and elegance of the city. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely stroll, breathing in the sea breeze, or engaging in active recreation, the Promenade des Anglais reflects the relaxed and refined atmosphere of the French Riviera.

    Then we stop at doorstep of the Old Town, on the vibrant Massena Square, next to the statue of Apollo. From there you’ll enjoy walking around the heart of Old Nice.

    This is the central square of Nice, located in the heart of the city. It is one of the most popular and picturesque places for strolling among locals and tourists alike. Place Masséna stands out with its unique architecture and design. The square was rebuilt in the early 20th century in the Belle Époque style, making it an outstanding example of architecture from that period. Here, you can see numerous monuments and buildings, including the famous red buildings with black and white decorative elements. Place Masséna is often used for various events, festivals, and celebrations in Nice. It is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafes, creating a lively atmosphere at the center of the city. In the evening, Place Masséna transforms with original lighting that gives it a special charm. It's a wonderful place for a leisurely walk, outdoor dining, or simply relaxing under the open sky in the historic part of Nice.

    Just few steps away you may see the Nice Cathedral of Saint Reparata built in XVII century and hear the story of the mythical martyr girl, the patroness of the cathedral. Then splendid instantiation of the Neoclassical heritage of Nice – Palace of Justice and the square with the charming fountain and souvenir boutiques around it will have your full attention.

    From the old Town we will get you to the Castle Hill – place overviewing the city and the Bay of Angels, it attracts tourists with its amazing waterfall and an old Jewish cemetary.

    Our next stop would take place in front of St Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral - the largest Eastern Orthodox cathedral in Western Europe, opened in 1912 and meant to serve the large Russian community that had settled in Nice by the end of the 19th century. It’s Byzantium style and beautiful gardens around would tell you another story of the city and its connection to the times of the Tzars.

    At the beginning you will get to the historical part of Nice, called the Cimiez. Famous not only because monumental Winter Palace of the British Queen Victoria but also its nearby location of the ruins of ancient Roman city called Cemenelum (1st century C.E.) – archeological site telling you more of Nice from the times of beginning of our era with surrounding olive gardens. Next to them you will have the museums of two famous painters: Matisse and Chagall. Such a great combination of history and art in this one place surely would not leave you indifferent.

    On the way back a visit to the observation deck near the fortress in Mon-Alban, where your guide will tell you about the Bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer and the Bay of Angels. Marvel at the magnificent views of the coastline. To the east lie Cap Ferrat, Cap d'Ail, Cape Bordighera, and the Dog's Head Mountain. To the west lies the Bay of Angels. Don't forget to capture photos of this unforgettable location.
