Super Fun Class!

Joannie was very welcoming and was clearly talented in croissant making. She made the class super fun! Our group was delayed because of train station closures due to the Olympics and she was very flexible in making sure we learned everything (no skipped steps). Her fun personality made the class a must do when in Paris!m. Highly recommend.

We had a great time making croissants and pains au chocolat! Very good instructor who prepped the class so we could be involved with all steps of the process without waiting for proofing times
Our family had a wonderful time learning how to make croissants with Joanie! She was very knowledgeable & patient.

I highly recommend learning from Joannie!! She is knowledgeable & patient. Our family had a fabulous time making croissants & pain au chocolat and we enjoyed what we made for 2 days after the class.

Just loved Joannie …. Great atmosphere, small group, very hands on and so well organised. Terrific morning .. and the croissants were delicious. Highly recommend.
