Cancelled tour

Joop F, Dec 2024

The tour operator cancelled 40 minutes before the tour would start, without reason. If they had cancelled earlier, we could have made other plans.

A minimum amount of bookings is needed for a tour to operate. 2 people does not meet the criteria which is within our cancellation policy. You were offered other available times.

We allowed up to 1h before for additional bookings

It is unfortunate but in the tour Feria so it states the tour may be cancelled for insufficient bookings.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused

Don’t use this company - excellent free walking tours available

The guide did not show up at the appointment time and no contact was made with me . It was an extremely disappointing start to a holiday in Bordeaux.

Jessica_H, Dec 2024

The tour was just our family so it perfectly met our needs. Our guide Jeanne was engaging, well informed, and well spoken. She had a ton of recommendations and tips a long the way.

We’ve done many city tours and this was one of the best. Our guide was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and kind. She gave us a 2hr walk around Bordeaux and her explanations of the history of the city really made it come alive for us. And great cafe and restaurant recommendations too. Tip: take an umbrella even if rain isn’t forecast!
