Vi møtte vår guide, Martin, utenfor Trèsors de Champagne før en 2 timers seanse hvor vi lærte mye om champagneproduksjon og fakta knyttet til denne vinstilen. Vi fikk lært å gjenkjenne luktkarakteristika i forhold til druetyper og lagringslengde.
Martin er kunnskapsrik og snakker utmerket engelsk. Har bra med humor også.
Dette passet oss utmerket, en liten gruppe. Avsluttende smaking perfekt.

My wife and I did the small group Champagne class with Martin. He was excellent. It ended up being only the two of us with Martin. His pace was excellent and he was able to answer all of our questions. We did this event prior to taking a full day tour and I am gald we did. The tasting also includes a charcuterie board that we we not expecting, but enjoyed.
The only issue we had was with the Tourism Office website when attempting to book. It froze several times and took three attempts to book the tour.

The entire experience was incredible from the booking to the champagne drinking. Our tour guide, Martin, was very knowledgeable and passionate about champagne, so on top of tasting amazing champagne we learned a lot about the process.
