WW1 experience

We were able to see my Great Uncle’s grave and see the approximate battlefield where he died. The visit to the German cemetery was solemn. We had not considered the German war grave situation previously. Sylvester was a fantastic guide and was very helpful finding my relative.

Best Australian WWI experience

Lyn_G, Dec 2024

This was one of the best tours we have done in France. Our guide Sylvester was excellent in his knowledge of the towns we visited and the battles that had occurred there. I would recommend this tour to anyone with an interest in Australia’s WWI history!

A wonderful day learning of the sacrifices made by those who came before us.

Ricky_M, Dec 2024

We had a full day tour with Sylvester. It was great. He had detailed knowledge on all aspects and could answer any question we had in a professional way. He had a perfect mix of professionalism and respect for the work he was doing. We totally enjoyed our day, and left both better educated and deeply moved.

Fantastic experience

I would highly recommend this tour with Sylvestre. We came from Australia to see the battlefields. The private tour was everything we had hoped for and more. Sylvestre was knowledgeable and helpful and let us move around at our own pace. Went to Albert for lunch which was great as well. Feel very lucky to have experienced this tour .
