The Airborne Museum makes you live and understand the D-Day from the invasion preparations in England, through to the battles for liberation. Board a glider and a C-47 aircraft with sound and light effects for a total immersion. You will also accompany the soldiers of the 82nd and 101st Airborne Division in the decisive battles of the Normandy Landings thanks to an hyperrealistic museography.

Outstanding Experience
Rodger_C, Dec 2024
Our tour hostess, Marine, was knowledgeable and courteous throughout our tour. She spoke beautiful English and I highly recommend her to anyone interested in learning lots of details about D-Day and the surrounding countryside. She does a beautiful job of keeping the memories of our country’s sacrifices alive for future generations.
11/10!

Pascal was amazing! We were blown away by how knowledgeable and passionate he is about this part of history. There is so much to see and he took great care into making sure we got the most out of it. He even took us to the American cemetery to watch the Taps ceremony at the end of the day. This was not technically part of the tour and we appreciated the extra special touch. 11/10 stars! You NEED to book this tour!

100 Star Review for our incredible tour day with Bayeux Shuttle. Pasquale our tour guide's passion and knowledge was emotional, educationally and made our experience so heartfelt, thank you! Your pictures and additional stories were like we went back in time and relived alongside our brave soldiers that gave us our freedom. Highly recommend this experience.
Amazing

I cannot say enough good things about this tour. Our guide, Ramon, was amazing. She had such a great knowledge of the events of D-Day and WWII in general. She picked us up at our rental house. During the drives she never stopped talking, giving us background and answering questions. She had a large laminated book of diagrams, maps & photos helping us to understand all of the events that took place that day. The details provided were amazing. Ramon was a top top guide. She took us to the places listed, gave us the details of the events, and then gave us free time to reflect & take photos. This tour was a highlight of our family's trip to France. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 infant.
Bayeux Shuttle provides best Normandy experience!
Catherine_C, Dec 2024
The tour guide was amazing. The wealth of knowledge and insites he provided were amazing. Bayeux Shuttle is a first class operation. We ran into a couple of other Bayeux Shuttle vans on Omaha Beach and those patrons were all were pleased too. The small groups and private guides make a big difference in the quality of the experience. Best tour company we have found in our substantial traveling.
