Buyer beware

Our guide was Lisa not Stéphane, who if you look at the reviews, he is the only one mentioned. Although Lisa was very nice and knowledgeable the tour did not start with the itinerary described on Viator. We went to Pommery, lunch, Moët Chandon and Mercier. But when we arrived to Veuve Clicquot at 18:00 pm it was closed
We were very dissapointed since this was an expensive tour and our expectations were high and we expected to visit all four champagne houses as mentioned onViator We still do not understand why were taken there so late that it was closed since it was supposed to be our first stop. So I would recommend that if you book this you make sure Stéphane is going to be your tour guide as it says on Viator and that the itinerary online would be followed

We just enjoyed a fabulous day with Stephane visiting the champagne houses of Reims and Epernay. It was so lovely to have a personalised tour and not be part of a group, as it meant we were able to engage with Stephane so we got the most out of the experience - his knowledge of champagne, the houses & the region was amazing and we learnt so much. Everything was very well organised, we travelled in a comfortable, clean, modern car and lunch at a local restaurant in Epernay was also delightful. Thank you Stephane for a wonderful day - your tour far exceeded our expectations and made us fall even more in love with champagne!!!

Great family day in Reims!

Stephane was amazing! He worked with our family to create a perfect day in Reims with our family. We had 3 kids and we were able to enjoy some champagne houses with them! He also helped us with train times and the whole process was smooth! Would 100% recommend! Hope to go back someday soon!

More than just a tour

My wife and I had a fantastic tour with Stéphane.
His knowledge on the region and the history was second to none, we learnt a great deal.
He is very good at communicating and explaining.
When we come back to the region we will definitely contact him again to continue our exploring and learning.
We will recommend him to our friends and family when they visit the region for sure 10/10
