Great quick info on an organic local winery. The tour was full of info about the process of making natural and organic wine. If you are looking for something that isn't a full day or half day event while in the Alsace region this tour and tasting is wonderful!!! Wines are great as well.

It was a great experience. If you are not used to drinking a lot of wine - let her know because you will try lots of them so don't overfill:)
