How to harvest the safe ones.

This was a lot of fun and I also learned a lot about mushrooms. And I thoroughly enjoyed eating the mushrooms I had harvested (although several of my companions were hesitant to fully partake in the harvest.
Exceptional truffle hunting experience

We had an enjoyable & unusual experience with Johann when we joined him on the truffle hunt together with his dogs. It was a first hand experience in discovering how truffles are found & collected & Johann gave us insight into how to enjoy truffles with our food & champagne.
It was indeed an activity worth going for.

Hunting for Truffles in Provence

I was fortunate to join a group last year on a truffle hunt at Les Pastras. Johann explained the elusive nature of truffles, and why they use dogs for hunting. Following that, we had a live demonstration with two dogs. And, yes they found truffles! But, our morning was not over. We sampled truffles on their own, on bread and butter (yummy) and even on ice cream. Don't miss out this is a fabulous experience.

Truffle hunting with Johann and Lisa was a great experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves fine wine and truffles!
