Stop atLa Grande Dune du Pilat
We introduce you to the site by explaining the different characteristics of the Dune, stories and legends. Once in height you can discover the magnificent point of view. It is an exceptional natural site with a breathtaking view over the Arcachon Basin, Banc Arguin, Birds Island.

Before to the oysters tasting, stop to the Winter City to enjoy the Belvedere tour with a wonderfull view to the oysters farmers, birds island, Arcachon town. You will see the best house of Arcachon The villa Alexandre Dumas.

We will invite you to discover a place not known to tourists, with many oyster huts and local oyster farmers. Tasting dozen oysters accompanied by a glass of wine.

Fabulous Day Trip

Kevin picked us up from the pier where our ship had docked which was great. We left early morning to avoid the heat and the crowds. He never hurried us, told us to take our time climbing the Dune. It wasn’t as difficult as I was expecting and the views from the top were fantastic. We then went for oysters, best we ever tasted, nice glass of wine to accompany them. We spent an hour or so in Archachon, lovely beach and restaurants there. A fabulous day trip. Highly recommend.

The tour exceeded all our expectations, thanks to our guide Kevin. He knew what was required to provide an enjoyable day, from getting us to the Dunes before the crowds to the excellent lunch. Best oysters I have ever had. Worth every cent and I would highly recommend.

It was a great experience, the hike up the dune was a great workout. We got there before the crowds so that was nice. Really loved the fresh oysters

Trip was absolutely awesome..
Very strenuous with the climb and walking on the dune, much further from the crowd, but well worth the effort.. views were incredible and it's a once in a lifetime bucket list thing that just has to be done..
Oyster farm was great, the big ones are humongous..!
Heading to beach was lovely, beach is very beautiful and sand is so clean..
Kevin our tour guide is a superstar..!! He really made the trip and the best guy..!!!

enjoyed the day, Kevin was helpful and looked after us.Oysters were very fresh in an authentic setting. Enjoyed Arcachon seaside resort.Made travelling from Bordeaux much easier and was good value. Would use this service again
