I would like to be reimbursed for trip although can’t be reimbursed for 1 precious vacation day
Phyllis_P, Dec 2024
I didn’t go to any of the places that I was told I was going to go to on the itinerary that was sent to me by my tour guide Claude. I spent 1451.00 on this trip since 3 of us were booked on this tour. I was looking forward to this trip for weeks! Not only did we not go to places that we were promised to go to an entire day of our vacation was wasted! Claude didn’t even offer us a bottle of water. It was an awful experience and I’ll never book through Aviator again.

Dear Phyllis,
that day you visited all the places that were in the tour.
1 Cape Griz Nez and a part of the Atlantic Wall.
2 The Battery Todt Museum in Audinghem.
3 Lunch in Audreselles.
4 The Eperlecques Bunker Museum.
5 The V1 Launching base at the Bois des Huit Rues.
6 We met your driver in Hazebrouck at 16h18.
I sent Tripadvisor all the receipts that prove that we have been on these places, I also have pictures, the attorney asked me not to publish them as you appear on them but they can be used on a trial.
You are not honest.

Claude was a great guide -- we were...
Martha K, Dec 2024
Claude was a great guide -- we were the only ones on the tour so he was able to tell us not only about these WWII sites, but also some of the WWI sites in the area as well. It was a full day of touring, but so interesting. Even though it rained, the weather made the trip even more emotional -- we certainly had a better understanding of what our soldiers went through during these wars.
