Great first dive!

Very exciting and our guide was really good, even tho we had trouble understanding each other, because I can’t speak french and he wasn’t good in english. But for a first diving experience i would recommend it to everyone!
One downside: it says that it lasts 2h 30min, which is technically true, but you are actively diving 20min. (The instructor goes one by one with everybody)
Great first dive in Calvi

We booked ahead for a short first dive (I had dived many times but my teen kids never before). Easy, relaxed to deal with - we arrived and were quickly fitted with good kit and set out to a quiet cove - about 12 of us? Each went down with an instuctor one at a time, so there was a fair bit of sitting about but we could snorkel and swim and sun bathe. My kids felt safe and enjoyed the experience whcih was important to me as I hope to take them again and a first bad expereicne wouldnt have been good.
As I did my PADI years ago, I got to zoom about a bit (still with our instructor) and he pointed some sea life out to me - star fish, anenome, some coral... (I can imagine that less busy sites would have some reasonable sea life for Europe).
Then back - the whole thing took a couple of hours and was well worth it. Experienced staff and good safety. Highly recommend,

At the top, the team is very kind and very smiling. They accompany you in the diving baptism, always present so difficult during the dive! I recommend 100%
The instructor made me touch all kinds of marine elements, it was really amazing!
PS: they offer a little extra for birthdays, go for it!!
