Booking Cancelled — No Driver

Trip was cancelled by Viator. They said they could not find a driver…..because I booked too late. Why accept booking and charge credit card if it was too late? I was able to get a taxi.
Refund will take 3-5 business days on a trip that could not be provided??

Hello, on high season the availability changes constantly, that´s why the system sometimes allows you to book because it takes some minutes to update the availability status.

We were a group of 4 arriving from the US via CDG so wanted a secure transfer from the BOD airport to our hotel downtown Bordeaux. Our driver was on time and very polite with a Mercedies Van. I can easily recommend them for this service.

The driver was there with a sign when we arrived. Very easy to find him. Good driver, but it was not a Mercedes as quoted and there was no water as described in the ad.
