The trip operators did not communicate in English about the port of meeting correct, as I asked about it in advance, so after arriving to port we found out that meeting port is 2 h away, so I am trying to get my money back

Vous avez réservé une balade en mer auprès de notre compagnie qui se trouve à PORTO (20150 OTA). Ce point de départ est très bien précisé dans notre fiche produit... Vous ne vous êtes pas présenté à l'embarquement ...notre compagnie n'est nullement responsable si vous n'avez pas prêté attention sur le lieu de rendez-vous. Nous ne pouvons accepter un remboursement ni un commentaire négatif alors que nous n'avons pas commis d'impair .

The proposed tour was very good , magnificent views and surprising by the shapes, heights....a feast for the eyes...
Outing made in the morning with little sun so average photos.
However, we found that our attendant said the minimum necessary without much enthusiasm.
