Audio portion is Crap and ruined my families day.

Museum was extraordinary but the audio tour is complete crap! I spent hrs trying to download the tour then spend couple hrs online with the SUB vendor and had to download an entire new APP which then had the wrong tours on it. The. They just could not connect this tour and said check back- too late - we lost the entire tour!!

We visited the Caen Memorial Museum with the ticket that includes the D-Day audio tour, and it was really interesting!
The whole family loved it—it’s informative and easy to understand. The app is easy to use, and the audio guide makes the visit even more engaging.
Great museum, unnecessary vendor.

The Memorial Museum in Caen is a great and moving experience. However, this vendor is not offering a tour; rather, they are purchasing the tickets as a middleman. It makes a lot more sense to buy the tickets directly from the museum website. Save yourselves several dollars per ticket.
